WHEN LOVE GETS COLD

Love is a complex and multifaceted emotion that can be difficult to define. At its core, love typically involves strong feelings of affection, attachment, and caring towards another person or thing. It can take many different forms, from the romantic love between two people to the love a parent has for a child or the love someone might have for a pet or hobby. Some psychologists and philosophers have tried to categorize love into different types, such as passionate love, companionate love, or altruistic love. Others have focused on the biological and evolutionary basis of love, pointing to the release of certain chemicals in the brain, such as dopamine and oxytocin, as contributing factors. Regardless of how one defines it, love is often considered one of the most important and powerful emotions humans experience. It can bring joy, fulfillment, and meaning to our lives, but it can also be a source of pain and heartache when it is not reciprocated or when relationships end. There are ma...

SELF-LOVE

Self-love refers to the practice of showing kindness, compassion, and acceptance towards oneself. It involves treating oneself with the same care and respect that one would offer to a friend or loved one. Self-love involves accepting oneself for who you are, recognizing one's strengths, and acknowledging areas for growth without judgment. It also means prioritizing one's own needs, setting boundaries, and taking care of one's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Self-love is not about being selfish or narcissistic, but rather about recognizing and valuing one's own worth and inherent value as a human being. It is a process of learning to love oneself unconditionally, including accepting and embracing one's flaws and imperfections. Practicing self-love can lead to increased self-confidence, improved relationships, and a greater sense of inner peace and fulfillment. BREAK OUT OF YOURSELF

Breaking out is such a familiar and a common word we basically hear often times. Breaking out could literally mean in a positive or a negetive way, depending on how you see it or what you'll be referring to at a particular point in time. Break out (of something) to escape from a place or situation.  I am going to share with you how you can BREAK OUT OF YOURSELF. It doesn't sound strange at all because you might have heard it couple of times.  Breaking out of YOURSELF can be in so many ways and can have so many impacts on you and you do it wisely and significantly to improve over time as you break out from yourself. HOW TO REVERSE TOO MUCH SALT IN YOUR FOOD.

Salt is a very interesting ingredient in our daily food preparation and without salt in your food, many may say, food is just tasteless. I've seen and heard many people throw away their foods and had to start everything from scratch. It's such a brilliant idea but I thinks it's really frustrating and time consuming. Whilst growing up,I had a chef as a mum and honestly my mum's accuracy in measurements without any measuring cups or tools during cooking and baking was overwhelming. She always got it right but once in a while she had to get something wrong along the line because maybe she was not paying too much attention and along the line she had to go back and prepare a different meal and mix with the salty one. While growing up,I kept wondering about how accidents like these in the kitchen could be reversed because we all eventually took over my mum and we were taking orders to prepare dishes and pastries for weddings parties, funerals etc, etc. So I had to research and...
